For: Frustration or mental heat.
How: Make a "tube" with your tongue or purse lips like using a straw. Inhale deeply through the mouth (feel the cool air) and exhale softly through the nose.
Effect: Cools the nervous system in 1 minute.

2. Chair Yoga (Cat-Cow)

For: Releasing the back and creativity.
How: Feet grounded. Inhale bringing chest forward (look up). Exhale rounding the back (look at the navel). Repeat 5 times.
Effect: Unlocks the spine.

How: Cover ears with index fingers. Inhale and on the exhale make a constant "Mmmmmm" sound.
