My journey in holistic wellness began as a deep and authentic personal search. I found in Kundalini Yoga and Sound Therapy the tools that transformed not only my life, but also the way I connect with myself and the world around me.

Each class, each session, each ritual I facilitate is an invitation to return to essence, to breathe consciously, and to remember that well-being is a practice — a daily commitment to self-care, balance, and inner connection.
