but over an entire year
A traditional Gong Puja is a continuous sound session lasting 8 to 10 hours. Its effects are profound: the nervous system enters a state of repair that few practices can achieve. However, that intensity in a single night is not accessible for every body or every moment in life.
El Viaje de las 450 Vibraciones was born from a question: what if we distribute that transformation throughout the year? Month by month, from April to December, we gather in a session with a different thematic intention — like chapters of a book that only makes sense when read in full.
By the end of the year you will have lived that depth not all at once, but woven with intention through nine months of your life. A gift you build month by month, without rushing.

Grounding and preparation of the inner terrain. Planting the Sankalpa.
Cleansing of Waters
Emotional release and clearing of old memories. Letting go and flowing.
The Solstice and the Inner Fire
Vitality, will and personal power. Burning what no longer serves.
Consolidation and Power in Action
Solidifying the change. Carrying the transformation into the world with clarity and determination.
The Inner Cave
Deep silence and intuition. Listening to what has no sound.
The Equinox and the Bridge
Integration of opposites. The midpoint between the light and shadow of the year.
The Shadow and the Treasure
Encountering the personal shadow. What is hidden is also a gift.
The Return
Honoring cycles, ancestors and what we were. Gratitude and release.
Closing Retreat — The Great Puja
Two-day retreat in Barbosa (Sat 5 & Sun 6 Dec): the Year-End Ritual "From Gallop to Meadow". Final ceremony and integration of the 9-month journey.

The year's close will not be an ordinary session: it will be the Year-End Ritual, a two-day retreat at a country house in Barbosa — Saturday December 5 and Sunday December 6, 2026. There the final gong bath of the journey will take place, as a ceremony of integration of the nine months traveled.

Monthly intention
Each session opens with a thematic framing — the element of the month and its focus — so the body and mind know where to go.
Designed sound
The sonic structure changes each month — tones, rhythms, mallets and instruments — to resonate with the purpose of that specific session.
Conscious integration
Each session closes with time for silence to integrate. The body needs that space to assimilate what the sound has moved.
